Mariana de Maria y Campos Llorente has focused her practice on the areas of administrative and regulatory law, antitrust law, project finance, corporate and real estate matters.

Mariana has experience in the structure, execution and financing of infrastructure projects in the field of renewable energy. Her practice in antitrust matters includes mergers, as well as investigation and sanction proceedings related to antitrust practices. She also participates in transactional and due diligence process of potential acquisitions that involve regulatory, real estate and civil, commercial and administrative matters.

Before joining Rico, Robles y Libenson, S.C., in 2016, Mariana worked for two years in a boutique law firm specialized in civil and commercial litigation in Mexico City.
