Juan José Pastrana Medrano
Juan José Pastrana has focused his practice mainly on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate projects, financial and securities law, real estate and commercial registry law, as well as foreign investment law and anti-money laundering provisions.
Juan José has experience in the structuring and development of corporate operations, such as: mergers; acquisitions; corporate restructurings; spin-offs; dissolutions and winding-ups, of Mexican and foreign public and private companies. His practice includes advising clients on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters related to industrial, commercial and services activities in Mexico.
Before joining the firm, Juan Jose worked for nearly six years in two preeminent public notaries of Mexico City, serving as Senior Attorney during the last year and a half of said period of time.
