Hugo Cervantes has experience in administrative and commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate finance law, bankruptcy proceedings concursos mercantiles as well as in general corporate law.
Recently, Hugo has focused his practice in structuring and devolving international transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, joint ventures, mergers and corporate restructures, as well as in consulting of the regulatory aspects related to commercial activities in Mexico.
Before joining Rico, Robles, Libenson y Bernal, S.C., Hugo worked for more than six years in a preeminent New York law firm in Mexico City.
