Eduardo González Ávila has focused his practice in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financing, financial restructures, corporate and real estate matters.

Mr. González has experience advising local governments on the restructuring of their public debt, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of transactions related to debt and equity issuances, securitizations, private equity funds and investment funds. His practice includes consulting in financial, corporate and contractual matters related to the securities market in Mexico.

Eduardo González Ávila has been developing his professional career in Rico, Robles y Libenson, S.C. since 2015.
